Pixel Art Standards

All artwork must be original. No copy-pasting from other artists without explicit written permission.

No explicit, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.

No depictions of real people without their clear, documented consent.
1.04
✕
No copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks — even in "pixel style". Fan-art and parodies permitted under EU fair use; must be transformative, non-commercial, and clearly fan-made.

Artwork must fit the canvas. Supported: 32×16, 64×32, and 128×64 pixels. Images outside the editor will be auto-scaled.

Solid black (#000000) is the transparent/empty colour. We return designs that are entirely black.

Prohibited Content

No hate speech, slurs, or symbols associated with discrimination or violence.

No imagery that promotes self-harm, harassment, or illegal activity.

No political propaganda or election-related content.
2.04
✕
No graphic depictions of gore, real-world violence, or disturbing imagery.

No unsolicited commercial messaging. Check out the Enterprise plan for paid advertising spots.

Dr. Zoltan’s definition of “prohibited” is final, binding, and occasionally whimsical.

Submission

3.01

One pending submission at a time per account. Submit, wait, then submit again.
3.02

Do not resubmit rejected art without meaningfully changing it. Repeated identical submissions will get your account flagged.
3.03

We may ask for revisions before approval. You’ll get a note explaining what to change.
3.04

Standard review time is 48 hours.
3.05
→
We reserve the right to refuse any submission and issue a full refund if it does not meet our content standards.
3.06
→
Once approved, your wagon is permanent. It can only be removed for rule violations or upon the owner’s written request.
3.07
→
Approved wagons may be updated and resubmitted. A 7-day cooldown applies. Ask an admin if you need it waived.

Community

Be excellent to each other. The train is a shared space.
4.02
✕
Do not attempt to claim, impersonate, or grief other users’ wagons.
4.03

Report rule violations using the flagging system. Please do not handle conflicts yourself.

✕
Coordinated spam or bot submissions earn a permanent ban.
4.05
✓
The moderation team volunteer their time. Treat them with respect.

APPEALS & DISPUTES

If you think we rejected your wagon in error, appeal within 7 days. Politely. Include your wagon ID and a brief explanation. File your appeal via feedback with category set to General.

Note: “I didn’t read the rules” is not grounds for appeal.
