Conductor's Code

The Rules of the Train

"This train runs on trust, creativity, and a modicum of civilised behaviour. Break the code and Dr. Zoltan will personally uncouple your wagon and hurl it into the nearest black hole. He has done it before."

— Dr. Zoltan Quantumsparks, Chief Conductor

Pixel Art Standards

  1. All artwork must be original. No copy-pasting from other artists without explicit written permission.
  2. No explicit, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
  3. No depictions of real people without their clear, documented consent.
  4. No copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks — even in "pixel style". Fan-art and parodies are permitted under EU fair use principles, provided they are transformative, non-commercial in nature, and clearly identifiable as fan-made.
  5. Artwork must fit the canvas. Supported sizes are 32×16, 64×32, and 128×64 pixels. Images submitted outside the editor will be automatically scaled down to fit the selected canvas.
  6. Solid black (#000000) is the transparent/empty colour. Designs that are entirely black will be returned.

Prohibited Content

  1. No hate speech, slurs, or symbols associated with discrimination or violence.
  2. No imagery that promotes self-harm, harassment, or illegal activity.
  3. No political propaganda or election-related content.
  4. No graphic depictions of gore, real-world violence, or disturbing imagery.
  5. No unsolicited commercial messaging. Paid advertising spots are available — see the Enterprise plan on the Join page.
  6. Dr. Zoltan's definition of "prohibited" is final, binding, and occasionally whimsical.

Submission Rules

  1. One pending submission at a time per account. Submit, wait, then submit again.
  2. Do not resubmit rejected art without meaningfully changing it. Repeated identical submissions will get your account flagged.
  3. Revisions may be requested before approval. You'll receive a note explaining what needs to change.
  4. Standard review time is 48 hours.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse any submission and issue a full refund if it does not meet our content standards.
  6. Once approved, your wagon is permanent. It can only be removed for rule violations or upon the owner's written request.
  7. Approved wagons may be updated and resubmitted for review. A 7-day cooldown applies between art updates; the cooldown may be waived by an admin on request.

Community Standards

  1. Be excellent to each other. The train is a shared space.
  2. Do not attempt to claim, impersonate, or grief other users' wagons.
  3. Report rule violations using the flagging system — do not attempt to handle conflicts yourself.
  4. Coordinated spam or bot-based submissions will result in permanent bans.
  5. The moderation team (Dr. Zoltan and his assistants) volunteer their time. Treat them with respect.

Appeals & Disputes

If your wagon was rejected and you believe it was in error, you may submit a polite appeal within 7 days. Include your wagon ID and a brief explanation. Dr. Zoltan reviews all appeals personally — usually while drinking quantum coffee.

Note: "I didn't read the rules" is not grounds for appeal.
